Clark Construction and project subcontractors along with the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works gathered on March 7th for a "Bottoming Out" celebration at the Hall of Justice.

Clark Construction set up tents and tables right in front of the Hall of Justice and provided a barbecue lunch for all of the construction workers and staff of the project. The project team was celebrating the Bottoming Out, or the completion of all foundation work, of the Parking Structure. Many difficult hurdles were cleared to get to this point.

The team is also nearly complete with all of the structural seismic retrofit work inside the Hall of Justice building. Officials from the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works were in attendance to speak words of praise and encouragement for what has been accomplished thus far.
